This notice describes the “Keep me posted” signup in this preview. It is separate from the future recorder and companion-app privacy policy.
What the form collects
Your name, email address, signup time, and a record of your agreement to receive Bababa product news and launch updates. The form does not collect audio, payment details or a device reservation.
Where the details go
The production signup is designed to store these details in Cloudflare Workers KV. When email is configured, a notification containing the signup details is sent to the Bababa team's designated inbox through Cloudflare Email Service. Local development uses a local database and does not send a real email.
What happens next
Your details are used for the product news and launch updates you requested. This signup does not place an order. A submission is only confirmed once it has been stored.
Before the public launch
The operator's legal identity and contact address, retention period, unsubscribe and deletion process, and applicable regional privacy terms must be finalized before this form is published. This local preview does not yet provide a live unsubscribe or deletion service.
